Silvio in Panama

News agencies have reported that the italian embassador to Panama, Placido Vigo,  said Silvio Berlusconi will visit our country soon as part of ongoing negotiations to implement double taxing and take Panama out of current fiscal paradise lists.

Also, he seems keen on sampling the local goods.
